ALONE

Now that I am Queen Here In My World I am more convinced than ever that there is allot of difference between "alone" and "lonely".  Being alone is a wonderful state for someone who is secure in themselves.  It can be restful, creative, restorative, peaceful and fun.  

It can be very lonely with other people around -- in a crowd -- with strangers or acquaintances.  Hard to be lonely with real friends.  Not being lonely takes special skills.  It doesn't come naturally although it is easier for the 'outgoing' personality to learn.  Being alone is obviously a more desirable state that being lonely.  This Queen is often alone and sometimes lonely.  We much prefer the former to the later.
